The production Control Coordination / Logistics / Purchasing Department of Bauch Powertrain components (Taicang) Co., Ltd. are responsible for receiving and processing all orders. The order processing process is as follows.

1) Order confirmation,make delivery plan at the same time. Supply chain is responsible.

2) Purchase raw materials according to orders,purchasing department is responsible.

3) Import inspection of raw materials,quality assurance department is responsible.

4) Storage of raw materials, supply chain responsible.

5) Organize production according to delivery plan,production department is responsible.

6) Product inspection,quality assurance department is responsible.

7) Product storage ,supply chain is responsible.

8) Product delivery and use,supply chain responsible.

9) Product after-sales service,supply chain is responsible.
